Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine next to it. The playbook is the same here: many creators, many hooks, losers killed early, one number to protect. The category is different. I have not run a mayo or sauce brand, so the claims sheet and the food rules come before the first shoot.

Why now

  • 52,000+

    Customers already say it

The site says Loved by 52,000+ Customers. Creators can show what that crowd does with a jar, not invent a new story.

    Published
  • 160+

    Five-star reviews to build on

The site shows 160+ 5-Star Reviews. Review language is a free hook library for the first creator briefs.

    Published
  • 4.8 of 5

    A rating worth filming around

The site shows 4.8 of 5 stars. Creator videos can put real sandwiches next to that number instead of adjectives.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views, with a $1 target. Every Ayoh video is judged against it, not against likes or comments.

  2. One variable per test

Each video changes the hook or the sauce, never both. Seven videos per creator per week gives enough reads to kill losers early.

  3. Claims sheet before camera

Creators quote lines like Loaded with bold flavor and texture. from eatayoh.com. Nothing else about the product is promised on camera.

  4. One workspace for the work

Briefs, questions, reports and drafts live in one channel set. A sent-back draft and a 100,000 view video are handled the same day.

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. PriyaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: Hot Giardinayo on a BLT, first bite in the frame. Seven videos, one variable per test. The claims sheet is pinned in #claims-questions.

  2. TomásMon 10:15 AM

Can I say Ayoh is made with avocado oil?

Yes. Use the sheet line as written: All 5 flavors. The mayos for every moment, made with 100% avocado oil.

  3. ReporterAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report posted: videos delivered per creator, hooks that won, losers killed early, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target.

  4. PriyaTue 2:40 PM

Draft sent back: the line comparing Ayoh to other mayo has to go. Keep the bold flavor line from the sheet and reshoot the opening.

  5. ReporterAppThu 6:12 PM

A Dill Pickle Mayo video passed 100,000 organic views. The $50 flat bonus is queued, one per creator per month.

  6. PriyaFri 11:00 AM

Check before next week's shoot: has every new creator read the claims sheet and the food rules? Reply with yes.

  7. AmaraFri 11:20 AM

Yes, read both. My Miso Mayo egg sando shoots Monday, no health talk, no comparisons.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Dill Pickle chip dip

    Brief 01

    Dill Pickle chip dip

“I put Dill Pickle Mayo on everything. Watch.”

Handheld, one take: open the jar, dip a chip, bite to camera. Natural light, nothing over the first line.

  2. Hot Giardinayo BLT

    Brief 02

    Hot Giardinayo BLT

“This is how a BLT gets slathered.”

Overhead on the counter: toast, bacon, Hot Giardinayo spread wide, then the crunch close to the mic.

  3. Miso Mayo egg sando

    Brief 03

    Miso Mayo egg sando

“Miso Mayo on a fried egg sando, ten seconds.”

Timer on screen. Fry, stack, spoon the Miso Mayo, cut in half and show the cross-section.

  4. Tangy Dijonayo leftovers

    Brief 04

    Tangy Dijonayo leftovers

“Tangy Dijonayo turns leftovers into a sando.”

Open the fridge, grab leftovers, build the sando with Tangy Dijonayo on camera, first bite last.

  5. Original Mayo bread fix

    Brief 05

    Original Mayo bread fix

“Dry bread is a crime. Fix it with Original Mayo.”

Start on a dry sandwich, fix it with Original Mayo, then compare the bite. Only the sandwich, no other brands.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Loaded with bold flavor and texture.”, “Loved by 52,000+ Customers”, “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Sandwich and home-cook niches

Creators who already film burgers, BLTs, deli sandos and weeknight dinners. Their audience already buys sauce.

  • Creators already posting sauces

Accounts that review condiments, dips and recipes with a jar in frame. Hook fit is proven before I send a brief.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on eatayoh.com, so the first creators come from direct outreach, not a sign-up list.

  • People who write reviews

The product pages carry customer reviews. Those buyers are a starting list of people who already like the sauces.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Food on camera

At least a month of posts where food is cooked, built or eaten, not just shown.

  2. 2Hook quality

Their last videos open with a line that earns the next three seconds.

  3. 3Real audience

Comments from real people who ask what they used or how to make it.

  4. 4Follows a brief

Can stick to one variable per test and a claims sheet without improvising.

  5. 5Clean category record

No history of health promises or brand comparisons in food posts.

Part 7 of 15

Left off, every time

Always out: anyone who makes health or weight-loss promises, compares Ayoh to other brands, has no food content, or won't follow the category rules. Food rules apply to every creator, every video.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Loaded with bold flavor and texture.”

Opening line or caption on any sauce video

  • “Loved by 52,000+ Customers”

Caption or pinned comment, never as the creator's own claim

  • “160+ 5-Star Reviews”

    Caption or end card

  • “4.8 of 5 stars”

End card next to the product shot

  • “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”

    Link-in-bio line or end card

  • “All 5 flavors. The mayos for every moment, made with 100% avocado oil.”

    Voiceover when showing the lineup

  • “Mayo Gone Wild”

    Tagline in hook or caption

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Never say it is healthier than other mayo

A comparison claim the site does not make.

  • Never say it helps you lose weight

A health outcome with no source on the site.

  • Never say it is good for your heart

A health outcome the brand never states.

  • Never say it is the best-selling mayo in America

A ranking claim with no source in the collected facts.

  • Never say it is safe for every allergy

An allergen promise the site does not make.

  • Never say free shipping applies to every order

The site ties free shipping to domestic orders above a minimum.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • First-order discount

The site shows two different first-order offers, so the brand must pick one before creators mention it.

  • Free shipping minimum

The site shows two different minimums, so the brand confirms the current one before it goes in a caption.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: new creators proving they can hit hooks and deliver seven videos a week on time.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: creators with a steady record on the claims sheet and at least one format that works.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: creators whose Ayoh videos already beat the median and who keep the claims sheet clean.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, flat at $50 for any video past 100,000 views.
  • The bonus is paid per video, not per creator average, and never stacks in one month.
  • Only organic views count. Paid boosts on the same video do not move the threshold.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the food rules, even if it went past 100,000 views.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

At ten creators the simulator gives 303 videos, 1.8M views and $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1. To close the gap, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median hits 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Cut the formats and hooks that miss the $1 target. Move the best creators up a pay band and keep the bonus rules unchanged.

  4. Month three

    Build the hook library

Every hook that held is logged. New creators start from the library, so the roster improves without a new brief from scratch.

  5. Day ninety

    Review against the target

Compare cost per 1,000 views with the $1 target and decide whether the winners move into paid ads, shelf or checkout.

  6. Ceiling

The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Exit to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winners

Videos past 100,000 organic views, or well above the median, are flagged in the Monday report.

  2. Ask for rights

The creator agrees to paid use of the video before any budget goes behind it.

  3. Test as ads

The winner runs as an ad against its organic result. One variable per test.

  4. Keep or kill

If cost per 1,000 views misses the $1 target, the ad is killed and the hook goes back into the library.

From the video to the checkout

  • Send shelf-minded viewers to the Find In Store button on eatayoh.com.
  • Send checkout-minded viewers to Build Your Bundle at $40.00.
  • Mention retailer terms only when the brand confirms them for the creator's audience.
  • Use the free shipping line in captions only after the brand confirms the current minimum.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Food rules for sauce creators

Ayoh is a mayo and sauce brand. These six rules apply to every creator, every video, before any bonus is paid.

  • Flavor, not health

Talk about taste, texture and what you put it on. No health outcomes, no diet promises, no medical language.

  • Claims sheet only

Product statements come from the three sheet lines, plus the approved list. Anything else goes to #claims-questions first.

  • No brand comparisons

Never name or show another mayo or sauce brand. Compare Ayoh to a dry sandwich, not to a competitor.

  • Show real food

The recipe on screen is the recipe in the caption. No staged builds you could not eat.

  • Allergen silence

Do not say who can or cannot eat it. If a viewer asks about allergies, point them to the label.

  • Disclose the deal

Every paid video carries a clear partnership label on screen and in the caption, in the first line.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
